ORLAND, Ind. (21Alive) -- A man was injured and flown to the hospital after he crashed the tanker truck he was driving on the Indiana Toll Road.

It happened around 6 p.m. Thursday. The tanker was westbound on the toll road, crossed the median and two lanes of oncoming traffic before crashing into a wooded area.

The truck was carrying ink oil, but none of the contents spilled from the tanker.

The condition of the driver is not known at this time.
