September Trial Date Set for Fatal Drunk Driving Crash

Whitley County, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Jury selection will get underway September 25th for a Fort Wayne man accused of causing a fatal crash that took a life of a 3-year-old child.

52-year-old Mya Tha Tun faces several charges, including OWI, causing death, in the April 29th crash near Roanoke.

The child's mother and three siblings were also injured.

Last month Tun entered a not guilty plea.
