Kosciusko County, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - 38-year-old Troy Frieden of North Manchester faces criminal charges after Kosciusko County police say he broke into the home of his ex-girlfriend armed with two handguns.
Police say Frieden gained access to the house on Monday, but his ex-girlfriend wasn't home. According to investigators, he shot the engine compartment of the victim's vehicle parked in the garage, and then went through the home searching for the woman.
