Man Wanted For Not Registering As Sex Offender Turns Himself In

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (21Alive) -- Just before 5 p.m. Sunday, alleged non-compliant registered sex offender, Glynn Tribble, turned himself into the Steuben County Sheriff's Office without incident.

Tribble was booked into the Steuben County Jail on one count of class D Felony failure to register as a sex or violent offender and one count of probation violation. Tribble remains in the Steuben County Jail and is being held without bond pending an initial court appearance.

The Sheriff’s Office would like to thank those who assisted with tips and information.

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance with locating a non-compliant registered sex offender.

Friday an arrest warrant was issued by the Steuben Superior Court charging 22-year-old Glynn K. Tribble with one count of class D felony failure to register as a sex or violent offender.

The arrest warrant was the result of a Sheriff’s Office investigation into allegations that Tribble had not been living at his registered address. Tribble is also wanted out of Steuben County for a probation violation.

He is described as white male, 5’2” tall and weighing 120 pounds. Tribble has short brown hair, brown eyes, and was last known to have a goatee. Anyone with information on Tribble’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office or Steuben County Crime Stoppers.
