Mother Who Left Her 3-Y/O Home Alone Make Final Court Appearance

Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A Fort Wayne woman facing a felony count of neglect after police say she left her 3-year-old boy home alone will make her final court appearance Monday morning before she heads to trial.

Police pulled over 28-year-old Christina Davis in the early morning hours of July 9th.

According to court documents when officers approached the car, they detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from her vehicle.

Police took Davis to lock-up and when they went to her home, the officers could hear the child screaming from outside.

Her trial is scheduled for June 13th.
