Mother's Blood Alcohol Content Was More Than 3.5 Times the Limit

Allen County, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Police say 28-year-old Sara Waudby was more than 3.5 times the legal limit when they pulled her over for drunk driving with her daughter in the car.

Our partner in news, the Journal Gazette, quotes court documents as saying Waudby had a blood alcohol content of 0.29 when she was pulled over May 27th.

She's charged with three felonies, two charges of OWI and neglect of a dependent. She’s due in court for her initial appearance on Thursday.
