INDIANA (www.incnow.tv) - By a vote of 35-14, the Indiana State Senate approved a bill placing new regulations on the distribution of the abortion pills and clinics that administer the drugs.
The bill would require clinics that provide only drug-induced abortions to meet the same standards as clinics that perform surgical abortions.
The legislation now hits the governor's desk for his signature.
