Fort Wayne, IN (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Jobs may be coming to Fort Wayne, after a supermarket operator consolidates operations into its Summit City facility.

SuperValu announced Thursday morning it will close its distribution center in Xenia, Ohio near Dayton and move its operations to its 640,000 square foot Fort Wayne facility.

The move means 120-people in Xenia will lose their jobs.

The company tells Indiana’s NewsCenter it's not yet known whether positions will be added here.

The consolidation into the Fort Wayne center is expected to be complete by the end of September.
