Pence Signs Bill To Help Veterans Further Education

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Gov. Mike Pence's trip to Fort Wayne proved successful after being involved in a minor fender bender Thursday morning.

Pence traveled to Fort Wayne to sign a bill that benefits veterans looking to expand their education.

The bill, authored by State Senator Jim Banks of Columbia City, will offer all veterans in state tuition at state colleges and universities.

Veterans must be enrolled within 12 months after being discharged from the military.
