MARION, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A pilot error caused a deadly plane crash that took the lives of a Marion man, his daughter and his daughter's friend this past November.
According to the National Transportation board 46-year-old Ray Harris became disoriented and lost control of the plane in weather conditions he was not trained to fly in.
