FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) – A Fort Wayne man is arrested for three separate meth charges.
Fort Wayne Police say Kenneth Sorrell, 33, was taken into custody around 10:30 p.m. Friday during a routine traffic stop when they discovered Sorrell had meth.
Narcotics detectives were later called to assist the officers, and after speaking with Sorrell detectives learned that meth was being manufactured at 2206 Brooklyn Avenue.
The FWPD Meth Suppression Unit was called to the home, and found evidence that meth was being made there, in addition to finding meth precursors.
Sorrell is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Dealing/Manufacturing Methamphetamine, and Possession of Two or More Chemical Precursors.
Police say this is the 31st meth lab found this year in Fort Wayne.
The investigation is ongoing.
