INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (NBC33) -- It has been almost two days since the Amber Alert for six-week-old Delano Wilson was issued and there is still no sign of the missing baby.

According to WTHR, police and search teams are continuing to search the area near the White River where the baby was last reported to be seen.

The Amber Alert indicated the child had been abducted while his father was walking with him down an alley in the 1400 block of Henry St. on Wednesday. The father, Willie Wilson, says he was robbed at gun point and pistol whipped before a man and woman took off with the child. The suspects are said to be a white male and Hispanic female driving a blue Ford Taurus.

The baby was said to be wearing a blue onesy when he was last seen.

Willie Wilson was arrested Wednesday evening on unrelated drug charges.
