Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - The trial for 43-year-old Vincent Castaneda trial is delayed and is scheduled for March 27th and 28th of 2013.
Castaneda has been charged with disarming an officer and resisting police after Fort Wayne police chased him into a house on Third Street this past March.
Police say Castaneda took a tazer away from an officer during a struggle, and was then shot by an officer.
He is charged with resisting police and disarming an officer.
