Project Approved for New I-65 Ohio River Bridge

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - In southern Indiana, a $2.3 billon project has been approved for a new I-65 Ohio River Bridge.

A new interchange handling I-65, I-71, I-64, a new bridge and tunnel linking the Gene Snyder I-265 Freeway will also be built.

The seven year project will be one of the biggest in the U.S., employing 4,000.
