MUNCIE, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - In Muncie, a punching bag depicting president Obama as a boxer with a black eye has been removed from the Republican Party tent at the Delaware County fair.

The punching bag was taken down after several fairgoers complained.

A representative from the Delaware County GOP says the bag was meant in fun to illustrate that Republicans hope to beat the president in the fall.
