State Confirms Third Death From West Nile

Marion County, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - As the rest of the country suffers from the worst outbreak of the West Nile Virus, the sickness is beginning to show up in the Hoosier state.

A third death from the virus was confirmed in Indiana.

According to the Indiana Department of Health, someone from Marion County died.

That's the second Marion County death associated with the illness.

A third was reported near Evansville.
