INDIANA (Indiana's NewsCenter) - The Indiana Medical Error Reporting System annual report is out and it shows a dramatic improvement in hospital care across the Hoosier state.
Lutheran Hospital was cited for two errors; one for performing surgery on the wrong body part and another for death or serious disability caused by a medication error.
Marion General Hospital had one reportable error; death or serious disability associated with a fall and Parkview LaGrange made the list after one patient was treated after admission for what is known as a bed sore.
