Steuben County Accident Leaves Several Injured (VIDEO)

STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (21Alive) -- Officers from multiple police departments along with the Steuben County Sheriff's department responded to a personal injury crash in Steuben County Saturday night.

According to police, Christi Adamson, 31, from Bronson, Michigan, was driving her 2007 Hyundai Sonata northbound on County Road 300 W just before 10:30 p.m. Adamson drove through stop sign at the intersection for Northbound traffic and drove in the path of Candace M. Miller, 23, from Lagrange, Indiana who was driving her 2010 Jeep Liberty. There was no stop sign for westbound traffic.

Adamson’s vehicle went westbound on State Route 120 and came a stop west of the intersection. Miller's vehicle went off the North side of the roadway striking a sign as well as several trees.

Adamson was transported to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne with a possible broken hip. Lance W. Losinski, 32, from Coldwater, Michigan, was a passenger in Adamson's vehicle, received a head injury was flown by helicopter to Parkview.

Miller was transported to Cameron ER with ankle pain. Travis R. Bills, 24, from Wolcottville Indiana, was a passenger in Miller's vehicle and was also transported to Cameron ER for treatment for knee pains.

Everyone involved was wearing a seat belt and airbags deployed, according to investigators.

The Steuben County Sheriff's Office continues to investigate the accident.
