Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Two felony charges have now been filed against the man Fort Wayne police say is responsible for a shooting at Eden Green Apartments last month.

22-year old Aaron Wiegand is charged with criminal recklessness and illegally possessing a handgun.

Police were summoned to deal with trouble at the apartment complex on May 23rd, and found Cortez Harris lying on the ground with bullet wounds to the wrist and right hip.

Two sisters came forward and picked Wiegand's picture out of a photo array, saying he was the shooter.

The illegal handgun charge stems from the fact Wiegand was convicted of a felony robbery in 2008.
