Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A man is in stable condition after the truck he was in crashed into the front of a house.
It happened just before 2 Friday morning on the corner of Rockhill and Wilt streets.
Upon crashing into the house witnesses say the driver then fled on foot with what appeared to be a beer can in his hand.
Police say the passenger was still in the truck when they arrived on scene.
He was suffering from a gash to the head.
They believe he had also been drinking.
