Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - Several hundred new jobs are promised as Sweetwater Sound breaks ground on a 110,000 square expansion project.

Governor Mitch Daniels joined several local officials for Wednesday's groundbreaking at Sweetwater's campus off U.S. 30.

The company anticipates hiring 315 new full-time employees over the next four years, in addition to several more jobs through Sweetwater's partner companies.

The more than $23.5 million project will include expanded warehouse, sales, marketing and training spaces.

As the country's third largest music instrument and pro audio retailer, Sweetwater currently employees nearly 500 workers.
