Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Three Rivers Federal Credit Union showcased high-tech, high-touch services at a new branch with a virtual ribbon cutting on Tuesday.

Three Rivers Federal Credit Union celebrated its relocated branch at the corner of Scott and Illinois Roads with a virtual ribbon cutting just before noon. The new branch is at 10373 Illinois Road, in the Shoppes of Scott Road.

Credit Union officials, including President Jeff Meyer and Senior Vice President Don Cates, demonstrated the new interactive technology designed to improve member experience at its branches.

The members will now experience interactive touch monitors, architecturally designed collaboration spaces, digital member signature technology and speeding transactions. The branches will also be able to provide more information and eliminate paper.
