Three Teens Stand Accused of Breaking into 15- 20 Vehicles Near Webster Lake

Kosciusko County, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - 18-year-old Michael Rockey of Cromwell, and 19-year-old Ryan Silliman of North Webster, both have been charged with felony theft. They’re accused of breaking into 15 to 20 vehicles in the Webster Lake area overnight.

A 14-year-old juvenile was also taken into custody. Items taken from the vehicles include cell phones, GPS electronic devices and power tools.
