TinCaps To Host Beer Tasting Event

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - The TinCaps are set to host the first of three beer tasting events at Parkview Field during the 2013 season on Saturday, April 20, when Fort Wayne takes on the Langsing Lugnuts.

The beer tasting begins an hour before first pitch at 4:05 p.m. in the Ortho NorthEast Treetops.

Tickets for the beer tasting at Parkview Field cost $40.00 and include one hour of unlimited tasting, as well as an all-you-can-eat meal, featuring burgers, hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, chicken wings, smoked ribs, grilled chicken breasts, apple crisp dessert, soft drinks and more. There are a limited number of VIP tickets available. In addition, guests will receive a special edition TinCaps mug, the chance to win door prizes, and admission to the game.

The TinCaps have partnered with four local breweries to provide libations for the occasion. AALCO, Five Star Distributing, and Mad Anthony Brewing Company return from previous beer tasting events at Parkview Field, while Figure Ei8ht Brewing is a new partner for 2013.

This is the first of three beer tastings hosted by the TinCaps at Parkview Field this season. The other two are scheduled for Friday, May 24th at 6:05 p.m. and Wednesday, August 14th at 6:05 p.m.
