Allen County, IN (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is announcing that the southbound lanes on I-469 at Exit 11 (US 27/US 33) are scheduled to be intermittently restricted beginning Thursday, May 3. The lanes will be restricted daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for one week, weather permitting.

INDOT will be performing proactive bridge maintenance work at this location, which is scheduled for completion May 9. The work is part of a multi-location bridge maintenance contract, with work taking place in upcoming months throughout the INDOT Fort Wayne District. The contract was awarded to R. L. McCoy, based on the low bid of $680,000.

INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through a construction zone.
