FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- An Ohio truck driver, facing charges in a crash in which a four-year-old girl died, will go to trial in Allen County the first full week of June.

Gary Golay, of Mansfield, wiped away tears Thursday morning at the courthouse. He's charges with reckless homicide, involuntary manslaughter and other counts for the crash on U.S. 30 and Kroemer Rd in July 2012.

Police say four vehicles were stopped at a traffic light and Golay failed to stop, slamming his semi into the back of the vehicles, killing Abigail Little of Albion.
