FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21 Alive) - A local motorcycle group, that goes by “Tru Kingz,” puts their hearts into fundraising for Fort Wayne’s Charis House.

Through countless charity rides, Facebook collections, and visits to local businesses, their bikers were able to fill rooms with diapers, wipes, and other necessities.

They also presented the Charis House with two-thousand dollars in cash to support the women and children in need this holiday season.

Box after box, the group filled the room with donations from the heart.

“I think sometimes bikers get a bad rep, but we’re all just people who are really passionate about doing what we do and helping the community out,” said member of Tru Kingz, Chad Kelley.

Tru Kingz says that they donate to a cause every year, but that this is their first time helping the women and children at Charis.
