Two Area Businesses Looking to Hire Production Workers

GOSHEN/ WOODBURN, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - The community of Goshen is getting a big shot in their economic arm.

Supreme Industries, which makes specialized truck bodies, shuttle buses, armored vehicles and trolleys plans to hire 350 new workers by 2015 when the $7-million expansion is complete.

The plant currently has a workforce of 600 employees

And B-F Goodrich in Woodburn is also hiring.

The plant will hold a hiring event Saturday between the hours of 8 A.M. until noon at the Work One office on east Rudissill.

Plant officials are looking for production workers willing to work full time on a 12-hour rotating shift, with every other weekend off.

The jobs pay $13.88 an hour.
