FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) -- The Allen County Coroner has identified the man who died in the shooting on Robinwood and Oxford.

The victim is Anthony T. Scott, 60, of Fort Wayne. Investigators say Scott died of multiple gunshot wounds to the chest.

Two shootings happened around the same time and in the same area Saturday afternoon.

Around 1:43 p.m., Fort Wayne Police were called to the 3200 block of South Anthony Boulevard on reports of a shooting.

While on their way, police got another call on reports of a "man down" near the intersection of Robinwood and Oxford Street.

When police arrived on Anthony, they found a man with gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital in fair condition.

On Robinwood and Oxford, officers found a man lying in the street with gunshot wounds. He was declared dead at the scene.

"Here on Oxford and Robinwood, some witnesses are saying they did observe a dark-colored vehicle leave the scene immediately as the man down investigation was called in. We don't know if that vehicle may or may not be related," said Officer John Chambers with FWPD.

Police also say they don't know if the two shootings were related.

For now, they're gathering more suspect information.
