FORT WAYNE, Ind. (21Alive) - Fort Wayne Police responded to multiple shots fired in the 4500 Block of Weiser Park Avenue just after 1 pm.

Upon arrival, police found two people, each suffering from a gunshot wound to their upper leg.

Fort Wayne Dispatchers said both victims were first listed in stable condition but upon arrival at the hospital, one was downgraded to serious condition.

Initial reports indicate one victim is an adult and one is a juvenile. The adult was in a blue truck when the shots began while the juvenile was outside the truck. Initial reports also indicate two children were in the truck with the adult.

Witnesses say that there was at least one other shooter, a juvenile in a red jacket that fled south and discarded a gun into an alley. Police were unable to locate the gun.
