Two Vehicle Crash, Driver Sustains Serious Injuries

PAULDING COUNTY, Oh. (www.incnow.tv) - A two vehicle traffic crash causing serious injuries happened Saturday night at the intersection of CR 140 and Township Rd. 191 in Paulding County.

Kacy Wagner, 30, was traveling southbound on Township Road 191 while Benjamin Decker, 28, was traveling eastbound on County Road 140.

Wagner failed to stop for the post stop sign at the intersection of Township Road 191 and County Road 140, and as her vehicle continued into the intersection, it was struck by Decker's vehicle. Wagner sustained serious injuries as a result of the traffic crash and was transported by Samaritan Life Flight to a local hospital in Fort Wayne. Decker was transported to another hospital where he was treated and released. .

The crash remains under investigation by the Van Wert Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
