WARSAW, Ind. (21Alive) -- Two men were arrested after allegedly selling an undercover officer meth, a woman was charged with a misdemeanor in that case and in a separate situation another man was arrested on meth charges.

On Tuesday around 3:30 p.m., undercover Warsaw narcotics officers performed a buy/bust after receiving a tip of Meth activity. Warsaw Police stopped the suspect vehicle near Winona Ave. and Lake St. immediately following the purchase of methamphetamine.

Chad Goble, 34, and George Prater, 31, were arrested and charged with class B felony dealing methamphetamine. They are being held with no bond.

Barbara Fields, 21, was in the vehicle and was arrested and faces a misdemeanor charge of visiting a common nuisance.

Earlier Tuesday morning, an arrest led police to perform a search warrant on a vehicle. Roger Runyon, 41, was located and an arrest warrant for him stemming from an October 2013 meth lab on Center St. in Warsaw was verified.

According to police, officers were aware that Runyon was a habitual traffic violator and an Indiana State Police trooper made a traffic stop on Runyon's vehicle. At the time of the arrest, Runyon had a white powdery substance on him that tested positive for meth. After searching the vehicle police had found finished meth, spent meth labs and precursors used in making meth.

Runyon was initially booked on the warrant and for being a habitual traffic offender. Narcotic officers also filed class B felony charges of manufacturing meth. He is being held with no bond.
