The Union Chapel Road bridge and three I-69 interchange ramps are now open to traffic.
The open ramps are the southeast, southwest, and northwest ramps.
Traffic will be directed to a three-way-stop on the East side of the bridge, which will be in place until 2013. Traffic will be directed to a roundabout on the west side of the bridge.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down and yield to traffic while entering the roundabout.
