Voter ID Law Still In Effect

ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Identification was the topic at the Allen County Election Board on Wednesday.

This is the third year that the Voter ID Law is in effect and voters are reminded that they must have a photo ID with the name that is the same on the voter registration record, an expiration date that is after November 4th, 2008, and it must be issued by the federal government or the state of Indiana.

Expired ID's are accepted as long as they expired after November 4th, 2008.
