Fort Wayne, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) - The employment picture here in the Summit City is promising, the problem is companies can not find qualified workers to fill the post.
According to an article in Friday’s Wall Street Journal, several executives from Fort Wayne companies say they are running into a road block filling vacant positions.
Sweetwater Sound reports that many prospective employees, use text message abbreviations and smiley faces on job applications, and that is just one of many examples in the article.
