WARSAW, Ind. (21Alive) -- Warsaw Police were dispatched to the west side of Warsaw near Tippecanoe Dr. and Hepler Dr. for a suspicious male in red clothing acting strange Monday around noon.

Police arrived in the area when another call to dispatch advised a male in red was jumping fences behind Purity Cylinder near Dot St., which is a few blocks south of the original all. Police located the male on Dot St. and say he was having difficulty following simple instruction.

Police say the man, Kevin Bronson, 54, was sweating profusely, agitated and making statements that did not make sense. Officers located a pill bottle with Bronson's name containing what appeared to be crack cocaine and tested positive for cocaine.

Bronson was taken into custody and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on a class D felony charge of possession of cocaine with a $2,000 bond.
