WARSAW, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) -- A police squad car was involved in a collision at Sheridan and Colfax in Warsaw.
Police reports that Carrie Graves was traveling southbound on Colfax when she attempted to cross Sheridan and collided with the diver's side of a police squad car driven by Officer Clay Layne. Layne was traveling eastbound on Sheridan at 30 mph according to the report.
According to Graves testimony, she stopped at the stop sign and looked all ways and did not see any oncoming traffic. There is not a stop sign for traffic traveling down Sheridan.

Both cars came to rest at a 90-degree angle counter-clockwise of the direction they had been previously traveling at the south-east corner of the intersection.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
