Whitley County (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A Whitley County businessman accused of running money to a Mexican drug cartel, admitted he is guilty.
Earlier this year, 70-year-old Duane Ducharme was found to have a suitcase full of cash headed towards the Mexican border.
According to our partner's in news, the Journal Gazette, Ducharme admitted he had full knowledge of committing a crime, did not alert authorities of the crime and took steps to conceal the crime.
He faces three years in jail when sentenced.
