FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Wet roads, cold temperatures and wind will greet you during your morning commute today.
Wintertime weather settled on to the area this weekend. More than an inch of snow fell in Fort Wayne yesterday, and some more is hitting now. The cold is also brutal. Temperatures are in the teens and windy conditions aren't helping things.
The main roads in the city are essentially clear of snow, but they're definitely wet. Side streets likely have a layer of snow on them. So remember to use your winter driving skills and keep it safe.
The weather has forced several area schools and school systems to go on 2-hour delays today.
