Woman Jailed On Preliminary Charge of Possession of Meth

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) -In Kosciusko County, 48-year-old Regina Palcuchniak of Cromwell is jailed on the preliminary charge of possession of methamphetamine.

This is stemming from a June incident involving a meth lab investigation in the Syracuse area
