Woman Pleaded Guilty To Her Part In Strapping Kids To Hood Of Moving Car

Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- 30-year old Jessica Clark has pleaded guilty to neglect of a dependent after she allowed her boyfriend to tie her daughter and two other kids to the hood of a car at a liquor store.

In May, Clark was arrested with 29-year old Aaron Stefanski when people called 911 saying children were tied to the hood of a moving car.

There is no plea agreement in place, meaning the judge can sentence Clark within the state's guidelines at a hearing in August.
