A 26-year-old Fort Wayne woman had her probation revoked on child neglect charges because she didn't successfully complete a supervision program.
26-year-old Monique Mays was sentenced to four-years, that’s one year for each charge for leaving her four small children alone at a downtown Burger King to spend time with her boyfriend.
According to court papers, she did not successfully complete community control supervision as spelled out in the plea.
