Consumer Reports Ranks AT&T As Worst Cell-Phone Carrier For 2010

YONKERS, New York (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - In the 2010 version of its annual Consumer Reports on cell-phone carriers, AT&T is now rated the worst among carriers.

Of the 58,000+ ConsumerReports.org subscribers surveyed on cell-phone carriers AT&T was the only carrier whose scores for overall satisfaction dropped significantly since last year. Verizon Wireless remains among the better performers, but Sprint has pulled even with the carrier in overall satisfaction.

More than half of the AT&T customers surveyed owned the carrier exclusive Apple iPhone.
