FORT WAYNE, IND. (Indiana's NewsCenter) – A local counseling and psychiatric center announces that 53 positions will be eliminated through organizational restructuring.

A change in state funding from July is now having its effect on mental health center Park Center. The result is $2.4 million being cut out of the last half of their fiscal year budget.

Park Center currently has approximately 400 staff and budget of $24 million.
