SALEM, Oregon (Indiana's NewsCenter) - Black Friday may be two days away, but people are already lining up looking for a good deal.
Two guys have already set up a tent outside a Best Buy in Salem, Oregon, last Friday.
One of the men is looking for a good deal on a laptop.
The guys say this isn't the first time they have camped out before Black Friday looking for savings and deals.
Not as many retailers will offer mail-in rebates on Black Friday this year.
The number of those Black Friday promotions has dropped from about a-third a few years ago to just 10-percent so far this year.
Instant rebates at the cash register tend to be the most popular with consumers, followed by the ones you redeem online.
Toys-R-Us, J.C. Penney and Staples are among the retailers still using mail-in rebates.
