UNDATED (Indiana's NewsCenter) - 7,000 Cool-it Soother teething rings by Vulli are being recalled by the Calisson company.
Calisson advises that if the teething ring is punctured, bacteria and mold can grow inside the teether’s untreated liquid. This poses an ingestion hazard to infants and can lead to diarrhea and vomiting.
The Cool-it Soother teething ring is sold at: Small children’s specialty stores nationwide and online at www.amazon.com for about $10.
Consumers should immediately take the recalled teething ring away from children and return it to Calisson for a free replacement teething ring.
