Fort Wayne, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – The Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission announced Wednesday that Allen County Superior Court Judge Fran Gull did not pass the semi-final list of potential judges looking to take the place of retiring Justice Frank E. Sullivan Jr.
The Judicial Nominating Commission selected the Hon. Steven R. Nation, of Hamilton County, the Hon. Loretta H. Rush, of Tippecanoe County, and Geoffrey G. Slaughter, of Indianapolis, as finalists for the bench seat.
The Commission will now provide the three names to the Governor and the Governor will make the final selection.
The Commission received 22 applications for the vacancy.
