INDIANAPOLIS (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - A bill to cancel specialty license plates for several non-profit groups has been pulled in the Indiana House.
The measure would have targeted low-selling plates for groups like the NRA, the Indianapolis Zoo, the Special Olympics and a Gay Youth Group.
The bill would have also transferred authority to grant specialty plates from the BMV to the legislature.
