NEW HAVEN, Ind. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – New Haven Mayor Terry McDonald announced on Thursday that he will be supporting Sen. Dick Lugar's 2012 re-election.
McDonald says, “Senator Lugar is a proven leader who has helped our area, state and nation through his honesty, dedication and commitment to public service. We are so fortunate to have Senator Lugar fighting the good fight for private-sector jobs and against the uncertainly brought on by liberal regulations, spending and debt."
McDonald became the 28th Republican mayor to endorse Lugar.
