INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Indiana's NewsCenter) -- The Indiana Supreme Court heard arguments Wednesday morning on whether former Secretary of State Charlie White was ever a legal candidate for the office.
The State Democratic Party contends White was never eligible to run and wants his democratic opponent Vop Osili appointed to the post.
White was sentenced to home detention on a felony voter fraud conviction earlier this month.
